How to reinstate your license in Oklahoma

  1. Post arrest, the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety will send you an Order of Revocation, which will outline how and when you can reinstate your license.
  2. Call 1-833-545-0368 to schedule your ignition interlock installation appointment.
  3. Get the ignition interlock device (IID) installed, please make sure to bring all required documents to your appointment.
  4. We will provide you with the Certificate of Installation to submit to the DPS as proof of installation.
  5. Pay $50 restricted driver license fee and all other required fees.
  6. When all the requirements outlined in the Order of Revocation are met, DPS will issue your restricted driver’s license.

  8. Don’t forget… we must calibrate and inspect the ignition interlock device regularly to stay compliant with local regulations and ensure your device continues to work properly.
