The NMDOT Traffic Safety Bureau will pay up to the following amounts for one vehicle per offender:

  • $50 for the installation cost of one vehicle per offender
  • $30 monthly for verified active usage of the IID
  • $50 for removal of the device

However, you’ll be responsible for all other charges associated with installing, servicing, and removing the interlock device.
